Maddox ships worldwide! Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days.*

*ALL Harley and Designer orders require a 1-2 week processing time. It does not often take this long, but we do hand make each piece for you. :)

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated by weight and will be provided at checkout along with the estimated time frame for delivery depending on which option you choose. Maddox is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties you may owe.

PLEASE NOTE: MADDOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label and providing a new address for the reshipment.

Preorders/Custom Items

Preorders and custom items do not apply to standard processing/shipping times. These items will be marked accordingly and the shipping timeframe will be listed in the item description. If you ordered a preorder item AND an in stock item, your complete order will be shipped once the preorder is in stock.

Cancellation Policy
